Our sales associate Cassidy Coulombe made the whole experience just a joy from the test drive to taking it home with us. There was no pressure or attitude during the whole process. We didn't feel rush in the process, even though it was a busy day and a lot of customers. She was so personable and friendly it just put you a ease. She answered all our questions and really helped us find the right car for us. We honestly were on our way to another dealership that day to purchase another car. The experience we had with her definetly made us feel like we were making the right decision to go with the E-Pace. She has even been on contact with us even after we purchased to vehicle to make sure we didn't have any issues or questions. In our years of experience purchasing cars, I can tell you this type of service is not found everywhere.
