First Class Dealership I had just gotten approved on the new 2015 Lexus super-sport, beautiful car, was to pick up the car next day and finalize the deal at Lexus of Edison I had just gotten approved on the new 2015 Lexus super-sport, beautiful car, was to pick up the car next day and finalize the deal at Lexus of Edison, but I really wanted to look at the Jag, I remember last summer, was looking for something different, already owned a S550, so I stopped by Ray Catena Jaguar, and looked at the used Lot, liked a Marroon 5.0 XJ 2013, beautiful car, and was approached by Gene Bonnell gave me his card, Hi my name is Gene if you need any assistance please call me, I like that no sale's pressure and no bull shss, let me look around , like I said first class act..I said sure here's this car, how much, looked up it's been red tag $$$$,i replied well ahhh, uhmmm. Gene said Mr Jimenez I will get you the best deal, fill out paperwork, very late in the day, went home ,next day Gene called ,Mr Jimenez come pick up your car, wow ...first time ever things went so smooth, beautiful showroom, from the minute you walk in, you feel welcome and no run around, I went with my son Mike 12 yr old, he felt what I felt "important" , I went to the rest room when I came back, he was talking to The manager Craig, telling him baseball story's , my son wants to be baseball player...any way... I'm writing a book here... hey I am that pleased with this dealer ship... But to Finalize this .... Mister Ray Catena You have a first class business and first Class people working for you my congrats. if people only knew that you have all brands of cars no need to shop else where.... Frank is amazing! I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy Frank made the whole process. He is very honest, hardworking, trustworthy, straight forward and reliable are few ways of describing him .He won't push or recommend something that you don't need . He will alway works in your favour. From the day I purchased the vehicle until today any problems or issues I had he was just a phone call away . Does not matter if it's day or night even on weekends .He would go above and beyond to resolve your issue, he pretty much makes it like its his own issue( that's the level of customer service I am talking about ). This is where almost every single sales person fails as nobody cares after you bought a product, but Frank retains a customer for life.Honestly nobody does that these days. Even though I had few issues with jaguar, Frank is the ONLY reason I have no hesitation in buying another JAGUAR .As long as I buy through him I know I will be taken care .I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart for his exceptional services . Best experience ever getting into a new vehicle! I have leased many different higher end vehicles (Lexus, Mercedes, Lincoln, BMW) from different dealerships over the years but nothing comes close to I have leased many different higher end vehicles (Lexus, Mercedes, Lincoln, BMW) from different dealerships over the years but nothing comes close to my experience at Ray Catena Jaguar of Edison. First of all, Pat Tapke is one of the most personable and knowledgeable salespeople I've ever dealt with and the sales manager, Rich Majesky is an absolute gentleman and pleasure to meet. They made me and my teenage son feel so comfortable and their attention to detail and ability to connect with us was beyone reproach. When I expressed a potential concern about the XJ L fitting in my garage (since I have a lot of storage towards the rear of it), Pat grabbed a key from one of the new XJ Ls that was outside and we drove to my home more than 20 miles away just to see if it would fit (and thankfully it did). When Rich sensed that my son was getting bored he brought him around to look at some of the other cars and offered him food and drinks while I worked with Pat on the paperwork. During the negotiation of the final price, Pat was upfront, showing me all of the numbers on his computer and he explained the various rebates and incentives, along with the exact terms. I did my homework so knew what a fair price was and Pat worked with Rich to actually beat the price I had expected when I first went to see them. They never pressured me but, instead, impressed me with their patience and knowledge. In addition, the dealership itself is absolutely gorgeous, warm and inviting - a huge differnce from many of the other dealerships, including most if not all of the higher end dealerships I've been to. Ray Catena is heads and shoulders above the rest and I would highly recommend putting them at the top of your list for a fantastic car buying/leasing experience - and make sure you reach out to Pat Tapke and say Hi to Rich - they will make your experience the best it can be! More
