Class Act I test drove the new 2016 Jaguar XF at 11:00AM on a Tuesday morning. After 2 minutes behind the wheel I knew the car was a perfect fit for me. James, I test drove the new 2016 Jaguar XF at 11:00AM on a Tuesday morning. After 2 minutes behind the wheel I knew the car was a perfect fit for me. James, my sales associate knew the car inside and out and was very professional. After returning to dealership I gave James all my business lease information and headed back to my office to work for a few hours. By 3:30PM my car was ready, I spent 10 minutes signing papers and off I went. Simple, period. Just like the commercial goes "You take care of your business and family and we'll take care of your car". I highly recommend Ray Catena, James Mull and his boss Alan. More

His responsiveness was excellent as well as his overall service. And, if that all wasn't enough, he personally drove the new Jaguar to my house bringing all of the paper work to sign in the comfort of my own home.
