I was searching for a very specific color combination in an XE, which proved to be a bit of a challenge. James worked tirelessly to find me exactly the car I wanted, which at that point was being built in the U.K. James further impressed me by grabbing the car while it was still in production and kept up updated as the car was built, in transit and once it arrived in the port. I would receive text updates even on his days off! James also facilitated the grounding of my non-Jaguar lease, which was a huge help. James gave me the easy, stress free car buying experience I've always wanted to have. I would recommend James to anyone thinking of purchasing a Jaguar. He's a great guy and a true professional! I live in NYC which is 40 minutes away from the showroom in Edison NJ, so we communicate James made the leasing experience for my new F-Pace painless. I live in NYC which is 40 minutes away from the showroom in Edison NJ, so we communicated mainly through text and telephone which works great for me. James was very knowledgeable about the F-Pace, patiently walked me through all the options and answered all of my questions. Since this was a pre-order, he helped configure the vehicle to my specification and kept me up to date with the progress of the build. Once the F-Pace was built, James worked with my busy schedule on the delivery date. On the delivery day, while all the paperwork was being processed James had another gentleman Gus, walk me thoroughly through all of the systems and features. Without the 45 minutes he spent with me it would have taken me a few days on my own to figure out. I couldn’t ask for better experience. Fantastic experience. The people at Ray Catena were just excellent from the beginning to the end of the process. Jim Mull was the person I dealt with primarily. He showed me my car options and educated me pretty thoroughly in the features and capabilities of each vehicle. That included the test drive process, too. There was no pressure from Jim to get on with it. Once we honed in on a choice, Jim worked to make the sale happen including advocating for me with his management on the price I was willing to pay. It was a very easy negotiation. Once we agreed on the car and the price, Jim took the lead to take care of my registration, worked with my insurance carrier to transfer plates from an existing car, tracked my wire transfer to pay for the car, and set up the delivery on the date and time I wanted. I called his cell on what turned out to be his day off with a couple of requests. He took care of them right away,even though he was off. Once the car was delivered, Jim followed up to make sure everything was working the way I expected. I could not have asked to deal with a more knowledgeable and profession individual. To be fair to the rest of the Ray Catena team, they were all terrific That goes for everyone from the dealership manager to the fellow who detailed the car to the gentleman who showed me how to use all the features. It was a great team effort and I appreciated all of it. I have been a Ray Catena Jaguar customer for almost 20 years now and will continue for a long time to come. More

A Brilliant Experience! Ever since i asked for a dealer to reach out to the deliver of my car, ti was just brilliant. As soon as i asked for a quote, James reached out to me and set up a time convenient for me and worked with me almost for 4 hours to find the car for me and explaining the features and why i should get something and not get something.
