A sales specialist, Alan Banjany approach We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, just looking to browse models and check for any deals being offered. A sales specialist, Alan Banjany approached us in support of any questions we may have had. We advised him we were just looking, and he was polite and courteous. After a few minutes of browsing and discussing with the wife, we engaged Alan in a conversation on a particular model on the showroom floor. After some discussion, we agreed to "sleep on it", and revisit this all on Monday morning. After a few brief and direct emails on Monday, we were able to obtain the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, with the terms we wanted. We are thrilled. Alan Banjany never missed a step, addressed every concern that we had, and made a point to follow thru on every concern raised. Alan even had provided us with a complimentary cap and hot cup, adding to the occasion.
