My Service Manager Mike Loffredo assured us that their mechanic would take care of everything. He told us to relax in their lounge while he procured us a loaner car. We enjoyed bagels, doughnuts and coffee in their spotless lounge. There were computers, newspapers, televisions and a quiet room. Very classy. Mike called us later that day to tell us that my car was ready. We picked it up the next day and it was as good as new, including software updated, and washed. Squirrels were of course not a warrantied problem and I had to pay but free coffee and breakfast and everyone so pleasant and friendly definitely softened the blow! More

Upon walking into the dealership, our car was already ready for us but Frank still took the time and patiently helped with all our questions and concerns. He is so personable and charismatic; he truly goes above and beyond building a relationship with his clients. Even after personally delivering our car today, he quickly responded to all my follow up questions via text. That kind of client interaction cannot be disguised, it definitely comes from within.
