Good Overall Expereince It took awhile to come to an agreement on the right car and the right price but Jim Mull was consistent and responsible throughout the whole process. Slight hiccup on financing process. Once sale decision was made Jim did a great job with all the processing, getting the vehicle ready (it looked great) and even delivering it to my house. During the entire process Jim was quick in replying to any questions or concerns I had. Another employee, George Bilyeu did an excellent job during the test drive explaining the various features of the F-Pace S and also accompanied Jim on the delivery to go over additional features. I was impressed that both Jim and George expressed their continued availability to even come to my house to answer any future questions. More

After leasing our vehicle, we were ready to take the car home but the A/C was not working too good. We did not drive the car home that day but Joe assured us our issue would be solved by the morning. My other vehicle's lease was due back in less than a week so no big deal on our part. The next morning Joe called and offered me a brand new vehicle!!
