In Two Words: Frank Nodarse I was first introduced to Frank through the CEO's office of Jaguar USA. Frank inherited me at a difficult time and solved a very nasty problem that had taken me to top of Jaguar USA. Another dealership caused me to miss leasing a prior year's car at would have been a much lower cost. I was very nearly impossible to please. Frank found a car--not just any car, but the exact car I wanted, and we got the corporate office to rebate the difference in lease price for newer model. I'm on my 3rd lease with Frank, and from the start I've leased my Jaguar XJLs over the phone and through emails. Frank makes it that simple. I tell him what I want; he tells me how I can save money. He brings all the paperwork to me, and when I'm ready he delivers the car, detailed and with a full tank of gas. If any service is required he picks up and delivers the car, detailed and full tank. This winter he arranged to ship my car to Miami. Detailed and full tank. I've followed Frank Nodarse to Ray Catena Jaguar and will follow him wherever he goes and drive only cars he sells. My husband drives an old BMW SUV, and when it stops running he too will be driving an SUV that Frank brings to him! More
