The Jaguar dealer one mile away from my work didn't really want to help me get the car that I wanted, nor did they want to work with me on the price... but the great sales team at Ray Catena stepped up and got me exactly what I wanted. To be honest, it was likely easier, quicker and less stressful to buy the car in NJ than it was to buy it in the Washington DC area. Ray Catena had all of the paperwork done, the car prepped and ready to go, and I was out of the dealership in less than an hour after I arrived. Michael was able to get me a deal on a brand new 2017 Range Rover sport and I couldn’t be happier. He made th buying process very easy and worked with me the entire time. I was able to go across the street for lunch while he did all the paperwork and a short time later after a few signatures, another overview of the car, and setting up my cell phone I was on my way. I live in New York and went to him in New Jersey, because a lot of dealers from various makers, tell you they have what you want and don't; trying to push you what they have. James Mull (Jim) was able to get us the vehicle we wanted, complete all the paperwork online and we were able to pick it up the following morning, also returning our leased Mercedes ending in a few days.
