Let me start by thanking you Jim!! You've been fabulous throughout my experience with buying my Range Rover Velar from Ray Catena. What an experience!! So I started with Ray Catena with an online request for Velar 2018 and I was put in touch with Jim, who'd later become the agent handling the sales in July 2017 when the car became available for sale in the US market. We started off with a built that I had configured. Jim went above and beyond to see if he could find a vehicle that best matched the configuration I wanted. Searching all over the country, contacting other dealerships in search for the closest vehicle available. He sent me regular updates as soon as he found something I was looking for, which wasn't easy because of the particular packages/options that I was interested in. But he kept on searching, which went on for about 4 months. And he didn't lose interest at any point in the process. So after a few months, it had come to a point where getting the Velar as soon as possible had become my necessity since my other car became unusable. That's when I decided that a custom order had to be placed with everything I wanted, which would take about 3 months to arrive. But Jim was able to push the order, and make it come sooner than that. With weekly updates, he kept in touch with me to inform me about the status of the order for 2 months until the Velar arrived!! He made finance look like a piece of cake with best interest rate I could get. Jim, you simply rock!! I would you have rated you beyond 5 starts if there was an option. Now I've had the Velar for over 2 weeks, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Jim for anyone looking to buy a vehicle at Ray Catena. Again Jim, I'm very grateful for all your hard work you've put in to helping me make this purchase. More

My New Jaguar Mr. Joseph Rigolini is a Great guy AWSOME personality!! He assisted me with buying my first Jaguar E Pace S! and I love it!!
