Stout after I began browsing the stock and was immediately impressed with his attitude and comprehension of what I was looking for. The no-pressure, there-to-help approach to auto sales was refreshing. The entire staff at Rath Auto are genuinely nice individuals with a vested interest in helping people get into a nicer ride. My credit is not what you would call good, but after tossing some numbers around a solution was reached that I am EXTREMELY satisfied with. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the friendly, comfortable atmosphere of the office. Even though my credit rating was less than stellar, Kevin was very professional, and was very informative about the vehicles I looked at. After a few bumps in the road, and a lot of hard work, they were able to get me into a beautiful Ford Escape, at a great price with a warranty to match. This is my first SUV, and the newest and nicest vehicle I have ever known. Thank you so much for all your help guys!! Seriously, if you need a new ride, this is the place to go. Billy Adkins and the Rath team met me and my dad late on Friday ev I saw my 2012 Ford Escape online and drove down from NWA to test drive the vehicle. Billy Adkins and the Rath team met me and my dad late on Friday evening and let me drive the car home that night just to make sure it was something I could see myself driving for a while. I was impressed at how friendly and courteous everyone was. Billy was also very helpful and encouraging when it came time to figure the numbers. They were able to get me into a very nice dependable SUV for a great price with a payment that fit my budget. It was well worth the drive from NWA and I'm excited Rath is opening up there so I can tell all my friends about how awesome my experience was! More
