The first time we walked the lot and Billy patiently walked along answering any questions we had. He never once tried to stir us away from a vehicle we were looking at to "upgrade" us. The second time the same thing. This time my wife had her heart set on a particular car but when we returned from the test drive we found out that another salesman was writing a contract on it. As we were leaving and had said our goodbyes, as an afterthought Billy suggested a different vehicle. It turned out my wife loved it better than the one she went in for. No pressure "sales pitch", just a suggestion. This last time was a breeze. I went in to get my wife's oil changed and saw another car my wife has had her eye on. (She drives a lot for her job). We went in after she got off work and Billy pretty much had the paperwork ready for us. Billy is a great guy to deal with. Every time I'm in getting an oil change, or other service done, I can sit and talk to Billy or any of the others like we are good friends. More

very good experience I was in the market for a truck. I looked online at their website and found a truck that I was very interested in. I filled out the info online and I was in the market for a truck. I looked online at their website and found a truck that I was very interested in. I filled out the info online and the next day a call came in (just as I expected). It was Billy. I couldn't make it in that day, but made it the next afternoon. He showed me the vehicle that I was interested in then said "come have a look at this one." I was like he was reading my mind. It had the motor I wanted. It had the room I wanted, and it dang sure had the mileage on it to sell!! After coming at me with a deal I told them to let me show some pictures to my wife. They didn't think pictures would work so they said "drive it home and show it to her." When I got back we signed the papers and, I am super pleased with my new Ram 1500. My wife has a 2014 Ford escape and when we get ready for her a new vehicle we are headed straight to Towson Ave. to Rath Auto Resources. More

Good and bad When we initially left I was pleased with our experience. The salesman was friendly and the finance guy was as well. We even had our lunch paid for which was really nice. However, I was let down and disappointed when we got home. Our back tail lights were out and my husband had to replace them and the twisted seatbelt that was to be fixed upon us leaving wasn't. It is still twisted. The price of the vehicle couldn't be lowered much because of this major inspection done to the vehicle that cost 625.00 which I find ironic since both tail lights were out. Other than those two items, the experience was not bad. More

The 2006 Lincoln Navigator that we chose was perfect for our needs as we needed more room for grandkids. They not only lowered the price of the vehicle, but also gave us more for our trade.
