Billy Adkins is by far the BEST sales representative!!!!!!!! I can't say enough about the whole staff at the Fort Smith location, I went in their with high hopes to trade a car in I bought at JDbyrider that I can't say enough about the whole staff at the Fort Smith location, I went in their with high hopes to trade a car in I bought at JDbyrider that I was gouged for 5 times the price. They went the extra 5 miles to get me out of my horrible mistake and into a sweet Mercedes Benz for a fraction of the cost. Then they put the icing on the cake and gave me a 100,000 mile 48 month warranty even though the vehicle warranty was already expired for only a $100 dollar deposit, and a free oil change. People it doesn't get any better than that, what you hear on the radio is absolutely true, do yourself a favor and don't walk, RUN down there and get yourself a new ride. They have the ability to make any circumstance your into 10 times better than what your driving know. I am a professional with two degrees I would not be writing this if it were not absolute fact!!!!!! More
