I was sitting in my barrowed car at another dealership feeling VERY uncomfortable with what felt like my only choice.. Nothing felt right about this place, the environment, my options, the dealership itself all felt sketchy. I decided to call Rath to see what they were about, couldn’t hurt. Like most of us; I’ve heard their radio advertisements and past by the location many time, and hadn’t given it a second thought, until this Day. I called Rath while sitting in the parking lot of this other dealership feeling worried and concerned about making the right choice. I was connected with Tyler. I told Tyler my situation and why I was calling to find out what Rath offered.. As I explained my situation while Tyler listened earnestly. I was hesitant, not wanting to waste more time at another dealership and I told him that. He tells me; “ if you can, come on over and let me get with my manager let’s see what we can do.” I explain I have a Doctors appointment and I really don’t have a lot of time, but other than that with a big reluctant sigh I said; “Ok”. I walked in the door greeted with this smile of hope, kind, bright eyes and a hand shake; Hi, I’m Tyler.. (Not like the creepy generic salesperson either, you know the type.) I felt as ease. We sit down, go over all the details and next thing I know we are checking out my options based on the things I was looking for in a Vehicle. I found something that I liked and fit. A few details later and I’m walking out of Tyler’s office to look at paper work, and I Hear CONGRATULATIONS! I look over at Tyler with that hopeful smile, and Bright eyes and he says; “you got it” A very long and sentimental story later. I just want people to know that, they took my seemingly frustrating situation, and turned into a; “Hey! We got you covered” not only did they take excellent care of me, not at any moment did I feel pressured, uncomfortable, or worried I was making a bad choice. They provided the best experience anyone could hope for, period! you won’t be disappointed.. Thank you, Rath Team! More

Best experience with a dealership we’ve ever had My wife and I found ourselves unexpectedly needing another vehicle very quickly. Our credit was less than perfect and we didn’t have much in the way of a down payment. After making a lot of phone calls to various dealers, we decided to go and talk with Rath. Our salesperson, Kayla Baxter, was very patient in hearing us out and felt certain that they could get us into something. To make a long story a little less long, Kayla and the finance manager, Mike Jennings, were able to get us into a very nice vehicle and keep us in our budget. The salespeople at Rath are not commission-based employees so there was never any pressure for them to make the sale. Their only concern was meeting our needs. I would recommend this dealership, and Kayla specifically, to anyone who is in the market for a like-new vehicle. They have certainly found loyal customers in us. More
