Rather than wishing me best of luck and kicking me out the door, Kayla stayed passed closing time, on a Friday night, to help me find a car of the perfect match. This woman did not stop until I found exactly what i wanted, and at a phenomenal price. Saturday morning, she called me to come and see what she and the financial manager had worked out for me. Even though things were still a bit iffy, they worked with me until it was perfect! Along with Kayla, Mike Jennings was extremely friendly, and very patient when it came to signing the paperwork and covering the agreement. He even let my five year old niece turn him into various animals with her “magic tricks”. Overall, the hospitality and customer service provided at Rath Auto Resources was astounding, and like nothing i had experienced before. I filled out the online pre-approval after seeing a car online I was interested in and promptly received a call from Jared who after talking to me about my needs and situation was helpful. He met with me online I was interested in and promptly received a call from Jared who after talking to me about my needs and situation was helpful. He met with me that day. He had the vehicle parked right out front when I arrived and he and Michael made the process easy and painless. They got me a great deal and I drive away within 2 hours with my new used car. Underestimated People I gave this rating a 5 out of 5 because the people at Rath actually care about the customer. I was working with a man and he had another client beside I gave this rating a 5 out of 5 because the people at Rath actually care about the customer. I was working with a man and he had another client besides me that day. The salesman tried everything he could to get this man into a vehicle but the preferences never satisfied the customer. I admired the salesman after seeing that because this salesman went through a lot to get this man offers and still was denied. After that the salesman came to me and did that exact same knowing that I too could turn him down on the offers. However after a couple of offers did set with me right he said "tell me what you have today and what payments you can do" so I did the following and he said "I will be right back please hold on" so the salesman was doing that exact same services as with the last person trying to buy a vehicle. He came back with a miracle of a offer and I took the deal. If it wasnt for the salesman being honest and clear about what he was doing and what Rath Auto wants to do with their customers and also how Rath Auto does business. Then I may have wrote it off.
