Great home town service I leased a Escape back in July and was so impressed with the service, it was worth the 35 mile drive with my son so he could lease his first new car. John, right away, found the exact car my son wanted and had it dealer traded, from Ohio, and got it back to the dealership in one day. Both John and the finance guy, Bill, took their time with my son and explaining every aspect of leasing a car. Bill did a great job with the extras you can buy and my son added the wheel protection with his expensive rims considering how bad the roads are in Michigan. More

The Finance agent carefully explained all options for purchase and then explained all the necessary forms before signing. The Service department had always done excellent work on my other vehicle and that continued when checking over my new pre-owned vehicle. The few minor items that needed attention where cheerfully and promptly taken care of to my complete satisfaction. An overall great experience.
