AFTER $700.00 MY MUSTANG WAS NOT FIXED I brought my 2012 Mustang in for running out of gas with the gas gauge reading half full. I was told what part was "showing" that my car needed and ch I brought my 2012 Mustang in for running out of gas with the gas gauge reading half full. I was told what part was "showing" that my car needed and charged $600.00. It was not fixed. I took it back.. Now it was "showing" something else. Ford picked up the tab but I had to pay the $100.00 deductible. It was not fixed. Now I'm into the problem for $700.00 and back at square one. They needed to keep and drive my car for a whole week, assuring me that they would then be able to diagnose the problem. After putting a bunch of miles on my car, they thought it was one of several things and wanted to order more parts. No. I took my car back and my son fixed it for $14.00. He warned me not to go there for service in the first place. More
