Second Car and First Car Buying Experience This is the second used car we've purchased from Randy Wise-Ford. We returned when looking for a reliable vehicle for my son. We had been disappointed over 10 times in 30 days at 5 different dealers in the area. I called up Marty Court in Used Cards, he told me he had a few we may be interested in. Needless to say, I was a little skeptical. There was a surprise on the lot. The EXACT car we were looking for was there-- when does this EVER happen?? Marty took us on a test drive, encouraged surface, highway and freeway driving. There was never any rush in the purchase, even though we didn't arrive until 6:30pm. Needless to say between Marty car seller extraordinaire and Sam - The Financial Man. My son is over-the-moon and even did laundry last night without a reminder. How long do you think this will last? Looking forward to working with Randy Wise again in the future. More

As of today, 3/17/2017, is the first time my truck has been problem free – so much for ‘Ford Tough’ All 4 chrome wheels severe pitting - Replace all wheels Rear doors do not open below 30 degrees – known Ford problem - Fixed after 6 months wait for parts Dual sunroof rattling – known Ford problem - Fixed after 3 times back for service Tailgate not opening with key fob - Fixed Rear camera constant tone while in reverse - Fixed Check engine light on - Ordered/replaced part in gas tank – problem resolved No volume from radio – had to power off/on engine to get volume - Replaced control module On the bright side, excellent service from sales and service. More

Dr. Dave Swanson, the Car-Deal-Ologist, really did his job well and quickly in order to save me from a heart attack! Did not want to be over my miles! He went over and above what I expected to get me as many rebates as possible. He has a great sense of humor and makes the buying/leasing process a breeze! He really wants to make his customers happy and will constantly check in with you to make sure you understand everything. For a 22 year old and only my 2nd lease, that is quite a plus! Young folks, head on in to Randy Wise Ford and ask for Dave! He won't let you down! More
