I visited Randy Wise to have my Mustang diagnosed as it was making an odd noise. I spoke with John Durand regarding my visit before coming in, he assured me a loaner vehicle would be available if my Mustan was making an odd noise. Thankfully the service department was able to get it fixed in less than 45 minutes and a loaner wasn't necessary, but John made sure that if I needed it, it would be there. More
My husband and I would like to thank John Durand for a GREAT purchasing experience. We drove over an hour in hopes that we would not be disappointed in the vehicle or the dealership. John took his time to answer any and all questions with knowledge, professionalism and a nice touch of humor. We were in and out within just two hours with our new truck. This is the first car I have ever purchased on my own, and I was understandably nervous. Steve and Shawn worked hard to make sure I was comfortable through every step of the process. I took a long time to make a decision, and they were so patient and did not push me in any way- just let me know they were there to answer any questions. If I knew that looking for a car could be like this, I would not have waited so long. When I am ready for another vehicle, I will most definitely go back to this dealership and work with both Shawn and Steve again. I cannot say enough positive things about them. They are both amazing at their jobs. More

After months of researching cars, visiting dealerships, and test driving cars, I had just about given up on our American auto dealer industry. The American cars were quality to drive, don't get me wrong t and test driving cars, I had just about given up on our American auto dealer industry. The American cars were quality to drive, don't get me wrong there. Coming from a family of generations of car dealership owners and sales people and decades of sales and customer service myself, I was appalled at how dealership sales and service were structured. First of all, I could be in a place looking around for someone to wait on me forever. I had to actually find people to assist us. Secondly, once a dealer says talks to you, you are apparently forever theirs. Should he be too busy to wait on you and everyone else busy talking amongst each other or playing with their computers, too bad. They don't want our business enough to share it with another sales person. For crying out loud, why can't I just get a set of keys or some literature while I wait? The owners would profit from a better compensation system, but a dealership lost my interest very quickly as I am sure they do others. Thirdly, many dealers I worked with didn't know their own product let alone the product of their competitors. How can you sell something that you don't even know anything about the car or the options? What is it you think people want to buy? Sales managers, you may want to test your sales people out to see if they care enough about the vehicle to understand and believe in its features to gain a bit of expertise into the product. Four, stop playing car dealer games. Don't ask me what my husband wants, that's insulting. When I tell you I am in a hurry, don't ask my teenage daughter where she is going. I had narrowed down my pick to a few cars and was sick of shopping. I called the dealer and told him if he had pricing options figured out for a 5 year lease and 5 year purchase of two diff models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, I would buy it today. He never did they work and wouldn't give me the details. When he started to run the numbers which he wouldn't share with me, he told me it was the only number he could run because after that was done, he was closed for the day. I would have bought from them had I been able to ever get anyone to help me there previously, but I did not want to go back to this man. MY LUCK CHANGED when I went to Randy Wise and met John Durand who was knowledgeable, kind, courtesy, not pushy, and went out of his way to help you picked the car you wanted. He disclosed pricing information for various car's, their model's and based on leasing or purchasing. The sale went much quicker than the other people dragging their feet. I'm busy like everyone else, and would rather not work with dealers that waste my time nor working with people that have lost my trust. Randy was a top notch gentlemen and got us into my first pickup truck ever, the Ford 150 Supercrew. I couldn't be happer. John also engaged the other's at Randy Wise to assist us at various levels and we witnessed a good team working together effectively. Thank you, John, and team! I love my new white 2012 White F150 Lariat with the supercrew!!! It's has much more functional space in the back seat, it is a better ride, and even better on gas than my Enclave. If you see one parked not so straight, though, I will likely not be too far away! lol It's getting better! More
Decided to try Randy Wise Ford since my last experience at another dealership was horrible. I talked with John Durand and told him the options and trim level I was looking for. Within an hour John had located the vehicle with the options I wanted,sent me the invoice so that I could verify that the vehicle was correct and then he worked out the financing. Never before have I had such prompt service at a dealership nor given the chance to get exactly what I wanted if it wasn't in their inventory. John was great, he made sure I was completely happy and satisfied at every step. To beat it all, I was in and out of the dealership within an hour, with my new car. John Durand and the rest of the team at Randy Wise Ford actually made purchasing a car enjoyable. They have made me a very happy customer and have gained a customer for life.
