John was WONDERFUL to work with. I called about a car I was interested in, and he advised that it had been sold. He took my name and number, and a few days later called and said he had another car for us was interested in, and he advised that it had been sold. He took my name and number, and a few days later called and said he had another car for us to look at, similar, but with a few more options, than the first car I called about. We agreed to look at up, and drove the 30 miles to the dealership. By the time I arrived John had the car prepped so well it looked almost new. My wife and bought our Ford Flex from Randy Wise Ford in Ortonville, Mi. Although we had test drove a similar Flex in our area the price was more than we were willing to pay. Knowing we were coming from some distance away he scheduled a time for us for a test drive. When we arrived Justin met us at the door and and showed us the vehicle we inquired about. As we "kicked the tires", Justin, showed his knowledge about the Flex by answering our questions and demonstrating the features for us.
