I found the car on AutoTrader because it was within the price range and mileage that I wanted. I had never been to this dealership before, so I asked them if I could take the car to an independent mechani price range and mileage that I wanted. I had never been to this dealership before, so I asked them if I could take the car to an independent mechanic to have it inspected during the test drive, which they were happy to let me do. The 70 point inspection was clean, and the few minor issues that did come up (wheel alignment and leaky battery) were taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Although they did walk me through the different warranty options, they were not pushy about them, which I appreciated. They were up front about all the fees associated with the sale, and didn't try and slip in extra charges. Whenever I called with a question, they were prompt to respond and were very helpful. Had it not been for a slight hitch with my credit union, I would have driven off the lot the same day as the test drive (Friday), but as it was I had the car by Monday once my credit union was open. Overall, they were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. More
