Best Car Buying Experience We used techology to the max - between emails and texting - I was able to accomplish getting the exact Ford Explorer I wanted AND the COLOR I wanted. Zero pushover comments from John Durand and no surprises. He never once said when can you stop by and I'll dig up the information that you want. Every question I asked, I got my asnwer. And when I said I was considering the Chevy Traverse - bam - I got a quote fro one of those from his Chevy dealer. How is that for true customer service? In the end I choose what was best for me - Ford. Then I really wanted to spoil myself and let him have the car delivered to me but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to meet him in person. I am already telling all my family and friends where to get their next car - John Durand and Randy Wise - can't get a better car buying experience with both of them!!! More
