Service reps have very limited knowledge. Was told initially no problem with brakes even though I told them there was an issue. This is a difficult review to write as I had a tremendous experience buying my car here. Yesterday I was in for my first service and it too was a great experience until I was paying and was told that there i experience buying my car here. Yesterday I was in for my first service and it too was a great experience until I was paying and was told that there is a 3% surcharge for using a credit card — that left me with a very negative feeling. To my service advisor’s credit, she adjusted my bill downward to erase the fee, but I feel like Randy Marion is big enough to absorb that cost and/or adjust their pricing accordingly. I am a VERY small retailer myself and I absorb the costs instead of nickel and dimming my customers. With that said, I’m quite certain I will take my service needs elsewhere. Let me reiterate, the purchase/sales process was awesome (a process I usually abhor) the payment for service experience was about 3%. More
