I've been a Subaru customer since 2014, when I purchased my first Forester. When I moved to Cornelius in 2016, I began bringing my car to Subaru in Mooresville. I was so happy with the service there that I my first Forester. When I moved to Cornelius in 2016, I began bringing my car to Subaru in Mooresville. I was so happy with the service there that I bought my second Forester from them in 2020; I have continued to bring my car to them when I need service or have a problem. As always Mark in the service department has taken care of my vehicle service needs. He is honest and if he recommends something to be completed then you Know it needs to be done. He knows what customer s of my vehicle service needs. He is honest and if he recommends something to be completed then you Know it needs to be done. He knows what customer service means as well. Great experience just as expected. I wasn't aware of this but my car needed a new module due to Subaru getting rid of Starlink. Mark told me about the issue the last time I was in for I wasn't aware of this but my car needed a new module due to Subaru getting rid of Starlink. Mark told me about the issue the last time I was in for service. Apparently since Starlink was no longer working my car kept trying to contact the mother ship which caused a battery drain on some cars. Mark said he would order the part and call me when it came in which he did got me scheduled came in and the checked out the new cars on the lot while I waited, didn't take long and Mark had me sign for the repair which was covered under warranty and down the road I went. More
