After another auto service center drained my transmission and double filled my crankcase, Randy Marion quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly ameliorated the situation. They were fast, friendly, and effic and double filled my crankcase, Randy Marion quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly ameliorated the situation. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Though they can’t tell me that no internal damage was done (which is understandable), they did a great job. Even though I still abhor the 3% charge for using a credit, I will be back. More

It took 4 days and a return to the dealership to resolve the problem with my car. Additionally, I was quoted a price that was $700 less than what I was charged, and was told I just misunderstood what they s the problem with my car. Ultimately, though, I would recommend this service center because my issue was repaired correctly. Just get your quote in writing before giving permission to proceed! More
