After another auto service center drained my transmission and double filled my crankcase, Randy Marion quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly ameliorated the situation. It took 4 days and a return to the dealership to resolve the problem with my car. Additionally, I was quoted a price that was $700 less than what I was charged, and was told I just misunderstood what they s the problem with my car.
