I spoke with Tom about some concerns and he addressed all of my issues. My primary reason for purchasing the subaru was its reputation for safety. However, the fee for looking at my vehicle, only to be given information I already had before going into the dealership, was too high. Also, I compared the parts estimate given to me to other Subaru dealerships’ MSRP for same part. Randy Marion’s part quote is at least $600 higher than others. I am disappointed. More
