I was thrilled that my car was repaired so quickly after needing a coolant hose replacement. And that it was covered under warranty. Zach the tech was very good at explaining what went wrong and how it was needing a coolant hose replacement. And that it was covered under warranty. And, I very much appreciated the ride from Kimmy to pick up my car. However, It didn’t make sense to me that a coolant hose would cause the onboard computer to shut down the functionality of my Forester. I had to putter slowly across 6 lanes of traffic to get safely off the road because the engine power, power steering, power brakes, eyesight technology, etc. all suddenly stopped working. More
