The purchase of my Crosstrek started out rough. I lost a lot of sleep over this purchase with the poor communication with the salesperson. After several weeks of getting no resolution to the problem, I was ready to turn the Crosstrek back in. Thankfully, Brian Fogarty and Michael Coffee stepped in to help. They were both so nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They were determined to make me fall in love with my car again....and they succeeded!! Michael Coffee even called several times to make sure everything was okay. I truly appreciate everything they did! More

The charge to replace an O2 sensor seems based more on how much they think they can take someone for, almost $700, this seems about 2x what would be a fair charge for this. When I questioned the amount I was told, "I don't set the price" and then told it comes with a one year warranty, A laughable justification. I don't mind paying for good service but this more like opportunistic theft. I avoided this dealership for years even though they are closest to me but gave them a try in this case and then had a lapse in judgement when I approved them going ahead and fixing it since the car was already there. I'm surprised Subaru allows these guys to damage their brand, I've always gone to Subaru for service and have otherwise had good experiences. Randy Marion, "The King of Price" Indeed. Let's start on how personable everyone in this dealership is. I entered before my appointment and was taken and processed smoothly. The waiting area is so clean and presentable with a selection of water, coffee, and snacks to ensure those waiting are comfortable.
