I was traveling alone from WV to SC when my Subaru broke down. It was late in the day on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. I was very distraught. I can’t say enough how much this meant to me. They could have easily said they were booked and not able to look at or repair my car. Which was exactly what I encountered with a dealership I stopped at before Randy Marion Subaru. I was actually laughed at and told they couldn’t even look at my car for 2weeks at this other dealership. Randy Marion employees all treated me with compassion, respect and true professionalism.
