While Tim wanted to let me know that Randy Marion would as a courtesy fix the issue this time (even though my car has a bumper-to-bumper warranty) and offered me a lecture on where to park my car to minimi as a courtesy fix the issue this time (even though my car has a bumper-to-bumper warranty) and offered me a lecture on where to park my car to minimize direct sunlight reflection and glare, I did not feel that he wanted to treat me as a valued customer. It felt as if I should be grateful that he was blessing me with his knowledge and courtesy, and if this problem continued-- oh well it would not be covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty. As Tim stated--He cannot control the direct sunlight or the reflection of it. His suggestion was to buy a car cover. More
