Have tried to contact them about fixing my transmission that's under warranty. Gabe in service and the front desk lady have both hung up in my face. Adam advised the service manager would be giving me a ca that's under warranty. Gabe in service and the front desk lady have both hung up in my face. Adam advised the service manager would be giving me a call to assist and hasn't. Was supposed to get a call from the guy who sells continued warranties and he has also failed to do so. Adam advised me when they replaced my transmission they would be putting in the revamped model from ford brand new. They actually put in the initial defective factory part that everyone has had an issue with. Only found out by researching the part number and making several phone calls. Not to mention the last time I went to have them do warranty work they didn't touch the car for over a week and left it unlocked on the lot. No follow ups on phone calls either. Had to drive over an hour just to get an update. Company has no business do warranty work for Ford if they aren't going to honor it. Can't even get the vehicle in to get worked on now because they will just hang up in my face. At no point was I ever rude, disrespectful, demanding or anything else to these people. We have been OVERLY patient with the staff here. Tired of it. More

Before I dive into my experience and review - I want to be clear that my salesman was/is amazing. If I could do two reviews (1 for salesman, 1 for the rest of my experience), he would receive 5 stars. He i be clear that my salesman was/is amazing. If I could do two reviews (1 for salesman, 1 for the rest of my experience), he would receive 5 stars. He is responsive and goes above and beyond. However, for the rest of my experience: About 4 or so days later, I connected with the finance guy and we reviewed some numbers. At this time, I was ok with the numbers we reviewed on the phone so I arranged to come and begin the arduous process of signing documents. Upon receiving the numbers breakdown on paper, I immediately noticed that the numbers were different than what we had originally reviewed on the phone, by not small amounts. After taking some time to consider/reconsider and reviewing options for the addons (dmg coverages, maintenance coverages, tire/wheel coverages) etc., I decided to move forward. At this time I specifically asked if there were any lease specials with Lincoln at this time and was told that there not any lease specials. A couple of red flags at this point but I decided to move forward anyway as I wanted this specific vehicle. After signing and leaving with the vehicle, I returned home and noticed a post on Lincoln forum about a national Lincoln lease special that was significantly a better deal than what I had received. I contacted Lincoln corporate to confirm this lease special and it was confirmed. I immediately contacted my salesman who said he would speak with the finance guy (which he did promptly). Later that day I spoke with the finance guy (who is very nice and likable) and he ultimately stated that he would be able to "help me out" and for me to return to the dealership later that day. Upon returning to the dealership, under the impression based on the assertion of "help", I was met with a demonstration of how my specific vehicle (for some reason) did not qualify for the national lease special. Thus I drove about an hour (round trip) to simply be told that the "help" I received was just an explanation....... It is worth noting that I spoke with three other lincoln dealerships, one in Asheville and Charlotte that same day and one in Winston salem the following day. Was told by each that there were no restrictions on the national lease specials for Black Labels but that depending on the price of the specific black label that my payment may be slightly higher. Worth noting, that my current payment through Randy Marion is nearly 300 bucks more than the lease special. Each of these dealers informed me that it would NOT be that much higher than the lease special after I shared the final out the door price. I shared with my salesman my experience with the finance department and he informed me that he would speak with his manager and that his manager would give me a call. I did not receive a call from the manager on Thurs, Friday or Saturday and have not as of the writing of this review. My sister went to another dealership in NC on Saturday and took advantage of the lease special on a car slightly more expensive than the one I picked, they put about 1500 bucks less down, and have a payment about 200 bucks less per month than I do. They reported no issue obtaining the lease special and asserted it was "easy peasy". In the end, although my salesman (Gabe) is phenomenal, I would, in good conscious be unable to recommend Randy Marion. I know I will have this black cloud of "what if I had went to another dealer" hanging over me throughout the duration of my lease. Update: I did finally speak with the Lincoln manager and it was a bizarre interaction. Lots of awkward silences. Informed me that he looked over the deal and it was accurate. A few days later I received a letter from Lincoln finance informing me that several aspects of my deal were incorrect....shrug. Spoke with customer experience manager. She said she would speak with general manager and get back to me. That was 4 days ago and have not received that follow up. More
