Worst dealer around. For starters we drove an hour for this used car and the salesman Doug was great. The thing that made this terrible was that as soon as we left the check engine light went on and we were told by the VW dealer by us the code was cleared by the last dealership right before we test drove it. We took it in and it needed a new catalytic converter 1 day after buying the car from them($1300 fix). In addition they put a paper temp license plate on our car and it was pouring rain the next day we got pulled over because the paper must have ripped in the rain and it fell off. We called the dealership and they wouldn't send us a replacement. They really didn't want to negotiate and the experience as soon as we left was terrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They also pride themselves being the largest Ford dealership in the southeast which the could be but are scam artists. More

My first point of contact was Nate at the service bay. He greeted me with a smile and hello, and from that point on they treated me like I was the only customer in the service department. Kurt, Nathan and Heidi all went above and beyond what I was expecting to keep me informed on the issues and getting it repaired. I even got a car wash which was greatly appreciated. I will continue to bring all three of my vehicles to them for service. They treat my cars like they own them. Thanks guys! More
