Kenny in finance left us with miscommunication and a worked in fee for an the ResistAll that was already applied to the truck before we purchased and tried to charge the fee as an “upgrade” that we never chose. I left a rather harsh review stating my dissatisfaction with this & Kenny’s multiple miscommunications. Ronnie Perry made multiple attempts to reach out to us & after making contact he made every attempt to correct the error. We are appreciative of their attempts to make the corrections & make accommodations for my husband’s busy schedule. We would buy from them again & recommend them to family & friends, but would avoid completing financing with Kenny. More
