Nick Moore is very knowledgeable about the "Death Wobble" problem I am having with my F350 Super-duty. He and the technicians have worked hard to solve the problem which is really scary when you are towing problem I am having with my F350 Super-duty. He and the technicians have worked hard to solve the problem which is really scary when you are towing a trailer. I am not sure the death wobble can ever be completely stopped, but my recommendation would be to rebuild the front end of a truck that comes in with it - not just check and replace piece-meal. If you have driven a truck when it begins to shake and jump and be uncontrollable, I expect you know why I like the idea of a complete replacement of the suspension parts that have been failing on these trucks. very inefficient and slack. they sold me a luxury PORSCHE 3 months ago with and the title was not clean. they are avoiding me and no one could give me clear answers as to my tag/registration was unavailable 3 months ago with and the title was not clean. they are avoiding me and no one could give me clear answers as to my tag/registration was unavailable and they did not offer any help to resolve the matter. I have to figure out my title was not clear from lender instead of the salesman being honest. I have since spoke with NC DMV and they have no record of my purchase and stated the dealership never submitted any information and told me to contact NC License & theft inspector which I have done! It’s a shame they are not trustworthy and fraudulent!! I expect this from buy here/pay here lots not Randy Marion. The finance manager and title secretary were just as useless and they lied and said the general manager would be in contact…ALL LIES!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership as a place to buy a used car. they are slack as xxxx and inefficient and not very helpful. i would give 0 stars if i could!!! More

Absolutely terrible! Salesmen thought he could sell me a new truck, via text! Three times I asked for information on the truck and never received anything!
