Great experience!! My wife loves her Jeep Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Purchased for a great price ($2000 drop) and that enabled me to be able to purchase the Coverall warranty a Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Purchased for a great price ($2000 drop) and that enabled me to be able to purchase the Coverall warranty and the GAP insurance (had to add a little extra total). Now I have a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty as well as coverage of electrical and all other non- routine maintenance parts for 4 years. That's peace of mind and I also got a sweet ride. This is the best thing to keep your vehicle like new. what a great job these folks did to my truck and the cost is right. I tell all my friends that the best place to have your vehicle detailed at is at Gerry wood Dodge. My truck gets used hard, and it was looking rough. What they did was amazing. It looks new inside and out all the way through. I get complements on how great it looks. It's the best deal anywhere. Best money I spent for this kind of work. I'm going back. Thank you. More

Regular service I was there on a Saturday and it only took a hour to have my oil changed, tires rotated,and a in cabin filter replaced. The last time I had this perfo I was there on a Saturday and it only took a hour to have my oil changed, tires rotated,and a in cabin filter replaced. The last time I had this performed at another jeep dealership it took almost 2 hours for the work to be performed! Thanks for the timeliness!!! More
Knowledge and Patience This is a follow up to a review I had written when I was rather upset. First, as in my last review, I would like to thank the service department for This is a follow up to a review I had written when I was rather upset. First, as in my last review, I would like to thank the service department for their work on my 2015 Ram 1500. They, Mike and Lou spent time with us and explained the situation, in a dumbed down version. They were professional and courteous. I was worried about the safety of the vehicle, I was informed about a limp-mode that Ram has added to their trucks. No matter the situation, the vehicle would limp to a halt. They also explained to us that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and the part that faulty part was inside the brake itself. By simply taking off the wheel, you would have never see the issue. Fortunately, by engaging the parking brake, it triggered the sensor which in turn set off the visible notification in the vehicle. Again to point out, Mike and Lou explained everything and the service department, as usual, was up to the task of repairing the Ram. No matter what our thoughts may be about Gerry Wood Ram, we are still going to be customers to the service department. More

When that car did not turn out to be what i was expecting ....i was ready to leave to return home and Travis Had appointment to look at a used car..
