We were completely satisfied with this entire buying experience at Gerry Wood’s dealership. I had been on the Internet for days and finally found the exact vehicle we were looking for. It was Sunday aft experience at Gerry Wood’s dealership. I had been on the Internet for days and finally found the exact vehicle we were looking for. It was Sunday afternoon but I decided to text anyway just to see if anyone would maybe be checking. I immediately heard back from Ciera Kardys who said the vehicle was still available. After texting backing back and forth several times, and a promise from Ciera (at midnight!)to hold the vehicle until we could get there, we decided to make the 2 1/2 hour trip and would leave the next morning to get the vehicle. We were met there by Bonnie Cress who took us through the sales process and was very informative and answered all of our questions and was able to guide us through all of the necessary steps to get us on to accounting where Nate Upright finished up the necessary paperwork, then on to a tour of the Service Dept. Special Thanks to General Manager, Fred Bowman, and also to whoever the person was that lent me his jacket! 😊 You’ve been Ducked! More
