Took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for service and ask them to check popping noise in rear of jeep . Jake called me said noise was in rear end. Brandon was fantastic. We were traveling through North Carolina and got into an accident. Brandon worked to get the supplies we needed, talked with our insurance claims agent, and had the service department fix our air conditioner. The speed and quality of work fit our schedule since we were staying in Salisbury for only a week. We are very happy with the results and the quality of service we received from Brandon. He understood our timeframe, kept us informed about the progress, was very knowledgeable about what it would take to take care of our issue and was, overall, just a pleasure to work with.
