When we ordered the Chevy Bolt EUV the salesperson promised no dealer add ons so we should have paid MSRP + Delivery+Tax/tags. When we arrived to pickup the vehicle they had added $880 for upholster promised no dealer add ons so we should have paid MSRP + Delivery+Tax/tags. When we arrived to pickup the vehicle they had added $880 for upholstery warranty and $900 administrative fee. We objected but they did not remove either. After paying $1000 in advance, waiting 4 months for the vehicle delivery and knowing they could easily sell the car if we walked away we were not in a strong bargaining position. So we paid what Randy Marion asked. If you want a truthful, upfront pricing do not do business with Randy Marion Chevrolet. More
