We did not have a good experience w/ this dealership. Had been waiting for months for our Bolt EUV to be made, then found the exact car at Randy Marion 2 1/2 hrs. away. They would only take a certified check as downpayment and would not hold it, so we drove down that day after work. Was told all the paperwork would be ready for us to sign since we had so far to travel, but it was not, and we waited forever, even though we were paying cash. Got back that night after midnight w/ just the downpayment paid, as we had not been ready with the money at such short notice. Took the train, then an Uber, a few days later to pick up the car, and was told a certain salesperson would walk me through everything. I told them what time I would be there - they said that was perfect. I got there, and she was the only salesperson in the room. She sat me w/ a new person who was supposed to set me up with an App that no one told me what it was for, and he was unable to get it to work. We just sat there for over 30 mins while I uninstalled & reinstalled the app. She checked on us once and made me do it once again, and when it didn't work she said "well the plates are on your car so you can go". I said "don't you want the rest of your payment?". Then I had to ask for all the paperwork, and thank goodness I looked at the registration because it had the wrong name for my husband on it. The saleswoman had other customers now, but told me to go to my car and she would meet me out there to go over things. I sat there for another 30 mins and she never came. I went inside and asked the receptionist if there was anybody else who could help me, and a very nice young man (I think his name was Brian?) appeared and said he'd be happy to. He showed me a couple of things, but I still never got any explanation of several things. He was nice and was actually eager to help. But it's my first EV so I certainly didn't know what even to ask at that point. We are very happy with the car, but would not use this dealership in the future. More

The worst ever I have contract to buy suv and they put it back on lot for sale again because I didn't want to pay until the issues where fixed. Therefor I was carrying coverage on it as other people where t back on lot for sale again because I didn't want to pay until the issues where fixed. I also left multiple messages to president and Mr. Marion Jr. VP, with no response from either. Customer service is horrible hands down worst experience in my life trying buy a 40k suv More
