Not sure if you followed up with Management, but in addition to all the above, we arrived to pick up the truck yesterday after we confirmed the alternator had been replaced (which fixed the problem we originally brought the truck in for), but our AC is now not working and the check engine light is on. I called Paul yesterday morning at 11am and notified him of this as well. We paid you guys to fix the AC compressor, and now I have no AC. And to clarify, the AC was working fine prior to bringing the truck to your service department AND my check engine light was not on. I’m not sure what kind of circus you’ve got working in your service department but I’m working with an attorney to get this sorted out. I would like a refund on the AC Compressor and Serpentine belt (I just had those part replaced 2 months ago). These parts were perfectly fine prior to bringing my truck in. All I needed was an alternator as you can see that fixed the power problem.
