There’s always an issue when I visit Randy Marion. This time I brought my car in for a recall. Arrived as requested an 8am on Monday. I was told they’d call me later when the car was done. Well after This time I brought my car in for a recall. Arrived as requested an 8am on Monday. I was told they’d call me later when the car was done. Well after not hearing anything by end of work day, I called and was told my car never got worked on and it wouldn’t be until the next day. No loaner car offered, when I asked about one I was told they didn’t have any and had a waitlist. The next day Van called and told me they had ordered the wrong parts. Said it would a few weeks until they would have the correct parts. Still waiting to hear back, no offer of apology or compensation for my wasted time. More

My vehicle’s front wheel bearings were replaced and when test driven found the rear wheel bearings were bad also. After replacing them the car is now quiet and I’m not worried about them. Awesome salesperson we had was not pushy was very informative. The guy who did the finance was great tried to help anyway he could and explained in detail as we went along.
