They were prompt, courteous and completed the work as requested. The time ran a little over, but was acceptable, mostly due to the customer waiting area on the Cadillac side (the customer waiting area o requested. I also had a warranty issue that needed coordination with the Chevrolet representative and they handled the issue and got me a response before I left. Overall, excellent customer service. More

I went in for state inspection only. Came out and told me I needed tires,brake flush,new air and cabin filters, and new windshield wipers. The wipers were needed to pass inspection. When Came out and told me I needed tires,brake flush,new air and cabin filters, and new windshield wipers. The wipers were needed to pass inspection. When I told them the current wipers were new, I was told they had tears in them due to a chip in the windshield. Told me $43 to replace them. This is 2x the cost. I replaced myself. When doing so noted NO tears in old wipers. They lied! This is unacceptable. When I brought the car back for reinvention, it took an hour to look at just the wipers. It looked like the tech might have been on lunch. When it was done, it sat on the lot for another 10-15 minutes while the service writer was at lunch. No backup. To top it off, wanted to charge me 3% to use a credit vs. Debt card. Who does that anymore? I will not bring either of my cars back here for service. It is a ripoff. More

It was a nightmare! Car sat for 22 days for them to diagnose the headlight assembly needed to be replaced.
