Incompetent technician unable to diagnose the problem, instead "repaired" a part that I did not confirm was actually bad. I demonstrated the problem to the technician...they took the car back and 20 minu instead "repaired" a part that I did not confirm was actually bad. I demonstrated the problem to the technician...they took the car back and 20 minutes later the customer service rep says to just live with the problem. This is not the first time I had bad service with replacement of wrong parts. However this is my last visit to the dealership. More
