The service department has always been great. I assume the decision to change something on brake composition was done at a higher level than the dealership. I just got brakes replaced and don’t like the grinding feeling I get when pressing the pedal. I took the car back and they got me in quickly and put something on the pads, but said they are doing something different with brakes now. I don’t like it! Still getting the grinding feeling.
