Incompetent technician unable to diagnose the problem, instead "repaired" a part that I did not confirm was actually bad. I demonstrated the problem to the technician...they took the car back and 20 minu instead "repaired" a part that I did not confirm was actually bad. This is not the first time I had bad service with replacement of wrong parts. However this is my last visit to the dealership. More
