I must admit , that this dealership was a hidden jewel. This was my 2nd time taking my vehicle there and it is because I had a great experience the first time. What has been consistent both times is. (1) There integrity , they text you when you make your appointment , the service advisor texts you that he is your advisor. They tell you when your car will be done and even it is the next day , you always know baring parts that they are going to meet that commitment. They are thorough . Some might wonder why would a Cadillac owner be taking their vehicle to a GMC/Buick dealership. That is because I had experienced challenges at two local area Cadillac dealers. One was too far and the other I counted had 8 different service advisers in less than 2 years and the service was hit or miss and the commitment of time to do the work right and in the time promised was never committed to. Refreshing seeing the same advisors and do good work. The only thing I don’t like is the service charge for using a credit card . More
