My feedback is about the maintenance costs, my Acadia 2017 has failed since year 1 for one thing or another, mainly electrical stuff. Services in Marion Buick are more expensive than what I used to pay w 2017 has failed since year 1 for one thing or another, mainly electrical stuff. Services in Marion Buick are more expensive than what I used to pay with my dealer in Wisconsin, I have used this dealer for scheduled maintenance and repairs in the las 7 months. One of the repairs was for an oxygen sensor change which costed almost 500, last 100k scheduled service costed more than 1000, now there is a new check engine light in my truck for a new failure and they want to charge more than 700. My truck market price is less than 10k and these repairs and services cost between 5 to 10% of the total cost of the truck. Definitely I will look for local shops for fair repair and maintenance costs. By the way, the last visit to this dealer they charged 150 plus tax just for diagnosing my truck, and by the way they told me exactly the same thing than the guys in the Autozone where I scanned the truck days before FOR FREE! I truly think you guys are over valuing your service, I no longer see the Cost-Benefit of taking my truck there, I’ll replace my acadia soon and and for sure I won’t replace it for another GMC, as I said, it has failed since year 1 More
