We had a 10am appointment for oil change, tire rotation and NC Inspection and dropped off auto on time. Told them we would return in 3 hours to pick up auto. We returned at 1:30 (3.5 hours later). We wer and NC Inspection and dropped off auto on time. Told them we would return in 3 hours to pick up auto. We returned at 1:30 (3.5 hours later). We were told it wasn’t ready. We had to wait over 30 minutes more before we got our auto … and had to get the Assistant Service Manager Chad engaged. He did remove the charges, but I do blame our Service Advisor for not monitoring our auto’s progress. She put on our ticket to have auto ready by 12:30 but did not monitor. Yes, the shop was overwhelmed by the appointments … but still?? More
