We appreciate everyone that helped with our vehicles. Areas I suggest to improve on 1. When a client leaves a voice message on a service team member phone the client expects a call back or text at leas Areas I suggest to improve on 1. When a client leaves a voice message on a service team member phone the client expects a call back or text at least. This did not happen. 2. When a code comes up do not to assume it is from a phone tower and not call the client about this code. Call the client to tell them so they may choose what to do. This was not done so I ended up taking time to bring my car back 3. my husband vehicle was also serviced. There was a charge for oil change which was expected; however, there was no sticker to say when to change oil nor was the electronics updated to the oil change. Had to bring car in to see what happened and get these things done. We have never had any issues with the Service team members; however, this go around there were issues. We did talk to one of the service management about not getting call back and about the oil change. We hope the next time we come in it goes smooth again like the past visits to your facility.
