Took way too long to deal with and get vehicle turned over to me, Salesman was in a hurry with everything but taking care of me as the client. Told me two or three times he was getting license plate off over to me, Salesman was in a hurry with everything but taking care of me as the client. Told me two or three times he was getting license plate off my truck and putting gas and installing temp tags on the new truck after the deal was made, but waited til I was ready to leave to do this, taking an extra 1/2 hour to get this done. Then he was in an extreme hurry to get me out of there and rushing thru the instructions for interior operation of truck controls ( instrument panel). Overall 6 hours from my appointment to when I was able to leave. Finance manager was very competent and did good job explaining everything. More
